TICKET AGENT (SEASONAL) - ATLANTIC CITY BUS TERMINAL
May 15th through September 10th including Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to customers concerning headways, routings, buses and other reasonable requests for information
- Conduct transactions with customers (sell tickets and make reservations)
- Prepare ticket sales and package express reports
- Complete supporting documentation (deposit slip and receipts) and complete reports as needed
- Announce departures
