Job Title: Seasonal Ticket Agent (Bus)

We are seeking a talented Seasonal Ticket Agent to join our team at the Atlantic City Bus Terminal. As a Seasonal Ticket Agent, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bus services.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to customers concerning headways, routings, buses, and other reasonable requests for information.
- Conduct transactions with customers (sell tickets and make reservations).
- Prepare ticket sales and package express reports.
- Complete supporting documentation (deposit slip and receipts) and complete reports as needed.
- Announce departures.
**Knowledge and Skills Required:**
- MUST BE FULLY AVAILABLE to work up to 40 hours on weekdays and weekends starting Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend.
- Customer service experience interacting with the public.
- Previous experience in a cash-handling position.
- General knowledge of NJ TRANSIT's bus lines preferred.
