We are seeking a skilled Performance Engineer with Java expertise who has strong experience with Java, Unix, Dynatrace, and performance optimization techniques. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-performance applications while ensuring system reliability, scalability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute performance test strategies to assess application efficiency and scalability.
• Utilize Dynatrace and other APM tools for real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Identify and resolve system performance bottlenecks across distributed environments.
• Work with Java-based applications to optimize JVM tuning, garbage collection, and memory management.
• Develop automated performance test scripts using JMeter and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement best practices for load balancing, caching, and database optimization.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure performance considerations are embedded in the SDLC.
• Support system scalability, capacity planning, and workload modeling.
• Enhance cloud-based application performance on AWS and Azure
• Ensure adherence to performance best practices across microservices and distributed architectures.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Programming Languages: Java, Groovy, Python.
• Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate ORM, JPA.
• Web/Application Servers: Apache Tomcat, JBoss, Glassfish, WebSphere.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, MSSQL, Oracle, Cassandra.
• Messaging Services: Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ.
• CI/CD & DevOps Tools: Maven, ANT, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure.
• Testing Tools: JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, JMeter (Performance Testing).
• Monitoring & APM Tools: Dynatrace, New Relic, Prometheus.
• Methodologies: Agile (Scrum), Waterfall.
