Field Superintendent

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Field Superintendent to oversee cabinet and countertop installation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects, possess effective communication skills and have basic understanding of construction. This role involves managing installation crews, communicating with the General Contractor client, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, utilizing online tools for effective planning and tracking.
• Attend job site meetings and collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Approve installation crew invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress using online software.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and installation schedules.
• Provide leadership and direction to construction teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Experience

• 1 year experience working on a construction job site or related field.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Familiar with general construction practices.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software
• Experience with hands-on construction tasks is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
