Job Requirements
- Answering customer phone calls
- Providing customers with price quotations and parts availability
- Enter customer orders received by phone or email
- Monitor late orders and communicate delays with customers
- Review drawings and BOM's to locate correct items to quote
- Basic equipment troubleshooting
- Process branch transfer orders
- Process customer orders from the branches
- Enter customer orders in various online portals as required by our customers
- Work directly with the sales team to enter orders needed from the field
- Requisition items needed from Purchasing and Manufacturing
- Issue RMA's for authorized parts returns
- Must be able to communicate effectively, get along with co-workers, and deal with colleagues
