Job Description

PowerBI Developer

Overview: Join the client as a PowerBI Developer with a hybrid work schedule (2 days remote, 3 days at Buffalo, NY Tech Hub). Design, develop, and maintain PowerBI solutions, translating business needs into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Innovate and create modern PowerBI dashboards.

Connect to diverse data sources for comprehensive analysis.

Design and refine data models for impactful reporting.

Develop interactive reports and dashboards.

Gather requirements and collaborate with business teams.

Lead end-to-end PowerBI solution development.

Optimize complex queries for efficient data retrieval.

Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and quality checks.

Stay updated with PowerBI features and enhancements.

Assist in migrating legacy BI systems to PowerBI.

Maintain and update existing PowerBI reports and dashboards.

Define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements with stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Data Analytics.

Advanced expertise in PowerBI and related technologies.

Ability to translate complex requirements into high-quality PowerBI implementations.

Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Effective facilitation skills for stakeholder requirements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Adaptable and quick learner in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy PowerBI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to meet

business requirements.

• Focus on requests to provide detailed and accurate reporting solutions that support
