ABOUT THE ROLE
- The SCC seeks TWO experienced Desktop Support Specialists to aid in SCC's Windows 11 Upgrade Project to migrate from Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365 (32-bit) to Windows 11 and Office 365 (64-bit).
- This individual will be responsible for upgrading and reimaging workstations to Windows 11 in addition to installing and configuring Office 365 and other related software.
- The specialist will also serve as a point of contact for tracking and reporting deployment status and troubleshooting any upgrade issues.
- The Desktop Support Specialist will exhibit excellent communication and exceptional customer service skills by working directly with end users in addition to collaborating with other SCC technical and project teams.
