nLogic is hiring for a PAC-3 Test Engineer responsible for analyzing and documenting PAC-3 testing requirements, evaluating current testing hardware and test plans, and identifying gaps in the current testing environment.

The candidate must possess Active Secret Security Clearance. This is a full-time position located in Huntsville, AL.
Position Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document PAC-3 testing requirements through Test Equipment Requirements Specifications (TERS) and Test Requirements Documents (TRDs).
- Evaluate current testing hardware and test plans.
- Identify and document any gaps in the current testing environment.
- Capture all work efforts in an integration schedule between the supplier and the customer.
- Collaborate frequently with the internal customer team.
- Perform reverse engineering on existing PAC-3 Special Test Equipment (STE) to derive test parameters and document them in TRDs and TERS.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have an active, current Secret Security Clearance
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: analog/digital circuits, LabView, control systems, RF theory, Special Test Equipment design and methodology, Design for Manufacturing, Electromechanical assembly.
- Hardware and software components/systems integration.
- Test system requirements and verification methodologies.
- Circuit board designs for engineering and operational systems.
- Testing and analysis activities to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Development of test plans/procedures and execution of test events.
- Root Cause/Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations and resolutions.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Application of IEEE 315 and 315A, IEEE Std 91 and 91A, TIA–587, AIA/NAS 411, ANSI/ISO/IEC/IPC, and AS9100 Standards into design.
- General understanding of incorporating safety and human factors into designs.
- Experience developing and operating testing infrastructure to support the development, testing, and validation of component/circuit board hardware.
- Experience deriving test and validation requirements for component/circuit board hardware.
