Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. This is a full-time position in El Segundo, California. This position requires an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- BS or MS Electric Engineering (or other engineering related discipline) with 5 years of industry experience in systems engineering, integration, and test.
- Familiarity with DoD programs
- Familiarity with technical requirements development, flow down, and traceability processes/baseline management
- Able to work independently and with a small team
- Self-starter who takes the initiative to solve and clearly articulate complex problems; has proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Pay attention to details and follow through to get things done
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate ideas, recommendations and options to customers, senior leaders, and stakeholders
- DoD Secret clearance
- Familiarity with DoD T&E Master Plan development and maintenance
- Capable of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power point, TEAMS)
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the INCOSE processes; INCOSE certification a plus
- DoD Top Secret clearance is desired
