NM Insurance is a market-leading distributor of insurance products and services in the retail recreational areas of pleasure craft, motorcycle, and caravan, as well as commercial marine insurance lines. Our business operates through offices across Australia and New Zealand, primarily distributing our insurance products via intermediary partners, licensed Insurance Brokers, and franchised dealers of pleasure craft, directly to consumers in the Australian and New Zealand markets. We are looking for a professional and energetic individual to support the growth and development of our products, services, and client engagement within a defined region, adhering to strict regulatory and internal underwriting acceptance guidelines.

This role is directly aligned with our business and administration processes and would be suitable for someone with experience in financial services. If you are disciplined and possess strong processing and administration skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support our insurance transactions following customer engagement.
  • Process amendments, endorsements, new business, and renewals.
  • Achieve customer KPIs with engagement and service parameters.

  • Strong sales and development focus.
  • Identify and support development opportunities within company brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proactive and effective communication skills to manage relationships internally and externally.
  • Good understanding of insurance principles.
