Position Overview:
The Operations Manager will lead and manage cleaning teams across residential, commercial, and specialty job sites. This role ensures that cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing supplies and equipment, and addressing client needs to uphold our reputation for quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee cleaning operations to ensure all tasks are completed to client specifications and company standards.
- Train and deploy staff on the latest cleaning and repair technologies, ensuring proper use and safety compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections, maintain checklists, and address recurring issues.
- Assign tasks, monitor work quality, and provide feedback to staff.
- Manage schedules, track timekeeping, and coordinate staffing needs.
- Maintain and manage cleaning equipment, arranging for repairs or replacements as needed.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain supply inventory and reorder products as necessary.
- Foster a motivated team culture through training, communication, and leadership.
- Ensure workplace safety through regular training and incident management.
Qualifications:
- Managerial experience in cleaning operations or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of cleaning equipment, products, and safety standards.
- Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform active tasks.
