Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities .
- Execute landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, and weeding.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely for various grounds maintenance activities.
- Irrigate plants and lawns effectively to promote growth and health.
- Provide tree care services including trimming and removal as necessary.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred.
- Must be outgoing as you will have direct contact to guests daily.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, landscape maintenance practices, and tree care is essential.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for operating company vehicles.
