Position Overview

The Group Marketing Manager will collaborate with the group sales teams, sales management, and key division management. This role will have the responsibility of coordinating the business go to market strategies through new and existing marketing channels to drive revenue, customer awareness, as well as a positive and consistent customer experience.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES*:

• Partners with the business unit sales teams to create campaigns and ensure a cohesive approach to increasing profitable business leads.
• Initiates projects and manages the creative process on deliverables as needed to support demand generation and campaign efforts.
• Manages and monitors campaigns by use of various digital touchpoints and other marketing mediums, internal systems, and external vendor partnerships.
• Ensures campaign activities are integrated and marketing touch points are coordinated through all marketing channels.
• Collaborates with stakeholders on company messaging strategy, delivery, editorial content, planning and execution.
• Work closely with brand support to create marketing assets and collateral to include: – graphics, flyers, brochures, basic photography, video production, customer testimonials
• Be knowledgeable of and assist Event Manager with business unit events including procuring promotional items and garments
• Analyzes the current market situation and business objectives of customers by becoming an expert on buyers, how they buy, the product lifecycle, and how the interact with our additional service and parts offerings.
• Recruits and retains customers through strategic targeting, analytics, and marketing program development efforts.
• Serves as first touch point for print, radio, and billboard advertising requests. Works with Corporate Marketing on digital advertising needs.
• Works closely and maintains positive relationships with internal and external marketing resources and business unit teams to produce marketing collateral and other custom sales tools.
• Develops presentations for business development and gathers market intelligence information to convey a clear vision of marketing program recommendations.
