Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated applicants for a full-time position as a personal injury attorney based in El Paso, TX.
Training will take place in Houston, TX before transitioning to the El Paso office.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to automobile accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries.
- Manage your own personal injury docket from intake to trial, including:
- Signing up new clients.
- Negotiating settlements with insurance companies.
- Preparing pleadings and written discovery.
- Conducting depositions.
- Attending court hearings and mediations.
- Preparing cases for trial.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Texas (minimum of 1 year).
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high caseload.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
- $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year, based on experience.
