We are currently seeking a Personal Injury Patient Care Liaison in the San Antonio area for a fast-paced Chiropractic/Medical company, Texas Pain and Injury Centers. With superior professionalism and communication skills, you're driven by a desire to help make patient' healthcare experiences as comfortable, efficient, and satisfying as possible. Must have outgoing and tenacious personality, must be organized, punctual, goal-oriented and a self starter.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Transporting information throughout the San Antonio area regarding out services and locations.
Building and maintaining business relationships with a positive professional attitude
Posses the ability to problem solve any issues at a moments notice
Excellent with time-management skills
Coordinating with various Law Firms and Specialty Providers to assist with injury recovery care for their clients, with proven case knowledge to establish and maintain good relationships.
Acting as the liaison between clinic staff, corporate office staff and various law firms on a daily/weekly basis
Keeping detailed/accurate reports of travel and other expenses
Managing Marketing materials
Work Environment:
The ideal candidate should be willing to work within a team to provide the highest quality of professionalism in a fast-paced/ high volume Chiropractic/Medical practice.
Must be able to attend business functions (this could be after regular work hours)
Marketing and Legal experience required.
**MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND BE WILLING TO TRAVEL THROUGHTOUT THE SAN ANTONIO AND SURROUNDING AREA**
