Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
NNI Construction is a privately held company with offices is Cleveland, Ft. Lauderdale, and Las Vegas. We aren’t in the bidding process for 90% of our projects, but rather we work with repeat clients. We work for multiple franchises and have performed over 250 jobs for just one of our clients.
It’s an exciting time to be at NNI! We just celebrated our 10-year anniversary and are looking to continue to make an impact in the construction industry. We already have a full schedule of projects to close out ’24, and are booking for ’25. Every project is different. Every person is different. Every problem is different. But the processes and roadmap to successfully completing each are the same; and being consistent is how NNI has become remarkable in our industry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
- Managing in house Superintendents
- Development of project schedules, scheduling subs and coordinating deliveries of all owners supplied materials and items.
- Obtaining/reviewing on-site Superintendents daily reports and photos
- Identifying any pending issues and/or problems and taking corrective action(s)
- Negotiating with sub-contractors and reviewing all sub-contracts scopes and contracts enforcement
- Writing P.O.’s for National Vendors
- Safety
- 30-hour OSHA certificate
- Periodic job visits with on-site meeting with all sub-contractor’s
- Reporting any issues to the Director of Construction/COO in a timely and thorough manner
- Reviewing all projects on a weekly basis with the Director of Construction/COO
- Producing a punch list with the owner and on-site Superintendent
- Ensuring a high quality and on-time project as well as all other required tasks and duties.

- Superintendent
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 5 years as Project Manager for a General Contractor in retail/commercial
- Minimum of 5 years commercial/retail construction
- Must have experience leading and managing a team of superintendents, and subcontractors
- Provide guidance, direction, and support to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of project objectives
- OSHA30: 1 year
