Contract Coordinator

You will play a critical role in supporting NNIT Inc by assisting with contract drafting, reviewing, and management. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of contract law and a desire to gain practical experience in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review client contracts to ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
- SUPPORT THE TEAM IN NEGOTIATING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITH CLIENTS.
- Review and provide recommendations for contract amendments, renewals, and terminations.
- Organize and maintain a system for contract files to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Research legal issues related to contracts and provide summaries and recommendations.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth contract execution and compliance.
- Provide general legal research and administrative support to the legal department.
- Assist in preparing contract templates and standard operating procedures for contract management.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a law school program (JD, LLB, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal department (preferred but not required).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
