We are in search of a team member to join the NNJ team. NNJ is a woman-owned jewelry company based out of Upper Arlington, Ohio. Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, resourceful, and have excellent organizational skills. A love for jewelry is also greatly appreciated!
The office assistant will be responsible for assisting in the daily running of the office. We are hiring for either part or full time, but a minimum of 30 hours a week is a must. No prior experience is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Package and ship orders
- Restock inventory
- Track & process incoming parcels
- Place orders for clients as necessary
- Sorting & matching gemstones
- Tagging jewelry

- Monday to Friday
