About the Position

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Account Executive with a proven track record in sales and account management. This role offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth , cultivate strategic relationships , and make a tangible difference in the lives of healthcare providers and their patients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute detailed business plans to exceed sales goals and quotas.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiating to closing deals and ensuring seamless order entry.
  • Discover new sales opportunities through networking and leveraging digital tools to expand RCAI’s reach.
  • Deliver professional post-sales support to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively engage with hospitals, orthopedic solutions providers, and other healthcare clients to build lasting partnerships.
  • Accurately manage sales data, maintain CRM systems, and prepare detailed reports to guide strategic decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications

Required :

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service roles, with a strong focus on relationship building and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, CRM tools (preferably NetSuite), and digital sales platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage and influence customer decisions effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Business acumen with a strategic mindset to uncover and maximize opportunities.
  • Preferred :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Compensation and Benefits

    45,000 - $50,000 annual base salary , plus uncapped commissions with high earning potential.
