Responsibilities

Assist the office staff in daily operations and activities ensuring dispatch and drivers have necessary equipment

Prepare and maintain reports on performance of drivers for multiple accounts.

Communicate effectively with parents and school administrators to ensure their needs are met.

Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure they are following company policies and state and federal regulations.

Help gather and analyze data for client reporting purposes.

Support the development and execution of new projects and strategies to improve efficiency within the office.

Maintain organized documentation and records for all account activities.

Transport vehicles to have them serviced and/or repaired.

Ensure vehicles are in working order and meet company policies and state and federal regulations.

Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure they meet company policies and state and federal regulations.

Categorize, track, and oversee the distribution and intake of safety equipment.
Qualifications
Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in client service.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
