Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Noah’s Ark Restaurant LLC in Bremerton, WA. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, handling hiring processes, maintaining communication with the team, and optimizing food & beverage services.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Two to three years previous restaurant management experience.
- Ability to provide leadership and work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in Hiring and Staff Management
- Knowledge in Food & Beverage industry
- Problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience as a cook or the equivalent through formal culinary education
- Strong communication skills and have the ability to listen attentively to guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Strong customer service, quality focus, and decision-making skills.
- A positive attitude
- Ability to work day and evening hours Tuesday through Saturday
- Valid Food handlers permit.
- WA Food Manager Training Course and Test Completed
