Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency while ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

Duties

• Efficiently pick and pack orders according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and effectively.
• Ensure the accuracy of order selection by double-checking items against packing lists.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to the supervisor promptly.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with restocking as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is required.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely; certification may be required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of inventory management systems is a plus.
• Must be able to adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.92 - $19.74 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
