Noah Social is looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media & Content Manager to join our team full-time! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in social media, has a strong eye for content, and enjoys bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table. You’ll work directly with clients, manage accounts, create engaging content, and ensure our social strategies drive results.
This is a dynamic role—some days you'll be brainstorming viral social campaigns, and other days you’ll be organizing content shoots, managing interns, or even lending a hand at Noah Social Studio to keep things running smoothly. We’re a small but mighty team, so we need someone who’s adaptable, passionate about social media, and ready to roll up their sleeves! HUGE POTENTIAL FOR FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY!
Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring a strong, cohesive social presence.
- Develop innovative and engaging social media strategies tailored to each brand.
- Create and curate high-quality content (graphics, short-form videos, Reels / TikToks, captions, etc.).
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and maintaining strong relationships.
- Stay ahead of trends and implement fresh ideas that drive engagement and brand growth.
- Assist in overseeing and guiding interns on content creation, engagement, and scheduling.
- Help with on-site needs, including occasional cleaning and organizing at Noah Social Studio.
- Track analytics and optimize content based on performance data.
- Collaborate with the founder (Alyssa!) on brand partnerships, influencer campaigns, and future business growth initiatives.
