Duties

- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and audience engagement; respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and public relations initiatives.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for designing visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.
- Assist in managing e-commerce social media campaigns aimed at driving sales conversions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply to social media communications.
