The Role :
We are seeking a Senior Manager – Brand Marketing and Sales Enablement to champion our brand across all sales-facing channels and drive strategic alignment between sales and marketing. Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer , this role ensures that all sales materials, trade show activations, retail showrooms, and sales representatives consistently reflect our brand identity and messaging while equipping the sales teams with the right tools to succeed.
Responsibilities :
Brand Stewardship & Sales Support :
- Serve as the brand steward for the sales organization, reinforcing brand guidelines across all touchpoints and ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
- Develop and oversee marketing collateral including brochures, sample kits, binders, digital tools, retail display elements, promotional gifting and other sales enablement resources to enhance the customer journey.
- Travel as needed to retail showrooms, trade shows and other events to ensure brand adherence, provide guidance and training.
- Ensure all customer-facing collateral, sales tools and presentations align with broader brand initiatives and nobilia North America’s value proposition.
