The contract consists of casing (sorting) and loading and delivering the mail to mailboxes in Philip, SD. Delivering and picking up any outgoing mail in the mailboxes as well as a 2-hour lunch break and returning to the Post Office and unloading etc. The contract is six days a week Monday through Saturday. The start time is 7:30AM and can be adjusted with agreement of postmaster and NBE LLC. All postal holidays will be observed, therefore, no work on postal holidays. Contract begin Date ASAP.
The pay rate is $111.00/day for an average of 4.79 hours worth of work between in-post office time and delivering on the route. Paid out on the FIRST working day of the month.
Minimum wages while supervisor is in car with you. This could take one day or one week depending on your learning abilities.
You will be required to pass a background check and drug test. The initial drug test will be paid by NBE LLC but the backup drivers will be your responsibility. I will schedule drug test but you will be required to make the appointment. Additionally you will be required to provide a 5 year driving record background available online for about $10 to $12.
You must abide by all USPS rules and regulations and most importantly make the Postmaster happy.
