Duties
-Answer and direct phone calls
-Greeting and assisting visitors
-Maintain a neat and presentable reception/office area
-Manage inventory of general office/kitchen supplies
-Maintain office directory
-Sort and distribute mail daily
-New employee set up
Experience
- Proven experience in an office position
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
