Noble Inc. is seeking a motivated Senior Accountant to join our team. This role will partner with the CFO and Controller to grow the accounting function and position the department to meet the changing needs of the organization. Reporting to the Controller, you will assist with all aspects of the day-to-day financial activities, including AR, AP, treasury, general ledger and monthly reporting. You will partner with the team to build, implement, maintain and support account processes, systems, and internal controls to streamline accounting operations, and improve financial reporting to aid in better decision making and financial transparency. Job Duties
- Support the day-to-day accounting operations of five legal entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury and general ledger.
- Assist with the monthly financial close, including creating monthly journal entries and performing account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
- Assist with the maintenance of financial tools and systems.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close package reporting. This includes managing inter-company allocations and accumulating financial data necessary for accurate accounting of consolidated business results.
- Partner with the accounting team and cross-functional stakeholders to build, implement, maintain and support accounting processes, systems, and internal controls, including offering recommendations for improvement, evaluating future business needs and managing compliance.
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
- Responding to information requests by management and external stakeholders.
- Document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Ad hoc analyses and projects as needed.

Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis, is required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
