This isn’t a corporate kitchen. We are a chef-driven, from-scratch restaurant, recently voted Central New York’s Best Restaurant, where execution and passion matter. The menu shifts frequently, and the food is built on real technique. Every night is a new challenge, and we need someone sharp, focused, and energized to lead the charge at the pass.
Who You Are:
- A Master of Timing & Communication – You thrive in the heat of service, keeping things running smoothly between the kitchen and the front of house.

What You’ll Do:
- Control the flow of tickets and ensure perfect plate execution before food hits the table.
- Maintain constant communication between the kitchen and front-of-house, making sure service runs smoothly.
- Keep a sharp eye on plating, consistency, and timing.
- Help manage pacing and ensure no table is forgotten or overwhelmed.
- Bring energy, focus, and leadership to every service.
