Job Summary :
The HR Generalist will play a key role in assisting in various HR functions, including payroll processing using ADP, HRIS system maintenance, unemployment management, onboarding support, benefits enrollment, and general HR support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Payroll Processing :
Accurately process bi-weekly payroll using ADP.
Assist employees with benefits-related questions and issues.
Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Assist in the recruitment process, including creating job postings and job descriptions.
Provide general HR support to employees and management.
