Noble House Hotels and Resorts owns, manages, or operates a portfolio of 20 luxury, independent hotels and resorts around the country, Canada and Mexico.
We are seeking a Senior Accountant for our corporate office located in Kirkland, WA.

Requirements
What You Do:
Primary duties of Senior Accountant include:
- ensure accurate and timely monthly accounting for corporate real estate entities and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and other financial reports in accordance with US GAAP
- prepare and update financial forecasts and budgets
- manage and assist in all annual external financial statement and tax reporting requirements with external CPA firms
- monitor the collection of hotel fees and related accounts receivable
- review and approve corporate accounts payable and expense reports in accordance with budgets and policy
- collaborate with hotel property controllers and department managers to ensure accounting is in compliance with US GAAP
- assist in cash flow, proforma preparation and analysis
To be successful as the Senior Accountant position, you:
- Have experience overseeing accounting for multiple units and/or companies. For example, as an auditor in a public accounting firm or a property accountant in a multi-asset real estate company
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience resulting in the same knowledge, CPA is preferred
- You'll thrive if you enjoy working in a hands-on, collaborative environment where no 2 days are the same.
- You are organized and prioritize well. You know how to handle many small transactions for lots of corporate entities, rather than lots of transactions for one company.

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
