POSITION: Spa Concierge

REPORTS TO: Spa & Activities Director

DIRECT REPORTS: Spa Attendants

POSITION SUMMARY: As Spa Concierge at the Snake River Sporting Club, you will be responsible for overseeing the spa front desk and fitness facilities. A professional who caters to the needs of our spa guests in a world class environment. The Spa Concierge is also responsible for answering phones, promoting spa services & products and providing general information to our guests.

Covering nearly 1,000 acres, Snake River Sporting Club includes a world class golf course designed by Tom Weiskopf ranked second in the state, an equestrian center, first-rate fishing, and a working ranch, offering a unique combination of amenities and experiences.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: Essential: Efficient computer skills, effective communication skills, organized with an ability to multi-task, and possesses an understating of business and sales principles applicable to the hospitality industry.

ABILITY TO:

• Understand guest expectations and needs.

PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

• Communicate with guests, visitors, and resort employees to their understanding.
• Understand and respond to guests, members, and staff requests.
• Lift and carry items up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to bend and reach, sometimes overhead, as applicable to task.
• Ability to stand on your feet for more than 8 hours.
  
  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greeting our members & hotel guests upon arrival, providing a warm welcome and guiding them through the spa amenities and services.
• Schedule & confirming appointments for spa services, including massages, facials, and body treatments, ensuring to accommodate guests’ preferences and managing therapist availability.
• Process payments and handle billing for spa services, retail purchases, and ensuring accuracy in transaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, locker rooms, waiting room, fitness area, ensuring a serene and inviting environment.
• Providing detailed information about spa services, packages and promotions to guests, assisting them in selecting the best options based on their needs.
• Coordinate with spa therapists and staff to manage the daily schedule, address any delays & changes, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and discretion, working to resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of guest experience.
• Assist in managing spa supplies, retail products and linens, assist in placing orders as necessary to ensure all items are adequately stocked and available for use.
