All Noble Schools staff should prepare and explain academic and behavioral expectations using easy-to-understand procedures, routines, and "what to do" directions in all spaces.Consistent, Maintaining Consistency in Responses : Students experience a spectrum of emotions. Create curriculum that is backwards planned from college enrollment timeline and network goalsDesign and implement assessments and benchmarks that measure progress towards goalUse data to refine curriculum and inform instructional practicesSupport students in creating ambitious college lists, writing personal essays, and submitting thorough applications before early action due datesComplete FAFSA, CSS Profile, and other financial verification forms with students and parents by due datesReview financial aid letters with students and parentsManage a caseload of students in addition to being a teacher of record for college seminar classCoordinate college visits for all grade-levelsHost college representatives for informational sessionsExecute Noble's Identity Framework with fidelity in order to create a positive, structured learning environment where students are safe and supported and empowered to grow academicallyIdeal Qualifications

Moreover, for professionals who do not currently hold an in use teaching license, the Noble Licensure Program offers a robust set of programs and corresponding financial benefits for teachers to obtain licensure while teaching at Noble. Compensations range is $60,000-$81,000
