Full Service Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a results-driven, disciplined Restaurant Manager with a passion for exceptional food and a commitment to delivering a high-quality dining experience. As a key member of our hospitality management team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive outstanding service from start to finish.
We want you to have :
- 3 years of Full Service Restaurant Management Experience.
- Experience managing a restaurant with a full service bar is important.
- Ability to support teams with large volume fluctuations (important because of our location near Tropicana field).
- Actively participate in community outreach and build relationships to enhance Noble Tavern’s reputation and presence in the area.
- Monitor and manage front-of-house financials, including budgeting, inventory, and labor costs. Prepare reports and work with the General Manager to achieve financial targets and operational goals.
