The ideal candidate will need to possess strong computer and organization skills, have a good attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Must have a positive attitude and willing to learn and grow with our company.
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Director of Noble Leadership Academy and ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Schedule regular meetings
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Creating and maintaining project library plans, and file, recording and reporting systems
- Developing and maintaining effective project team communications systems.
- Producing project summary reports and coordinating the preparation of all reports
- Order resources, like equipment and software.
- Track expenses
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues.
- Measure and report project progress.
- Create and update workflows.
- Maintaining Directors Calendar.
- Update and Follow-up with Team Members course scheduling
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Able to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Proficient with Microsoft Power Point
- Ability to multi-task
- Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g., fax machines and printers).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required, associate degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of related experience required.
Working Conditions:
- This position is based in an office environment.
- Occasional travel may be required.
