Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Indianapolis, IN for a Direct Support Professional. The Direct Support Professional will assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily activities, support their personal care needs, and help them develop skills for independent living. Duties include implementing care plans, providing companionship, assisting with medication management, and attending medical appointments with clients. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring a safe and supportive living environment for clients.
