Daily/Weekly Responsibilities:
· Main responsibility to help with application install package builds and deployments using Tanium Enterprise Endpoint Management tool in alignment with enterprise vulnerability remediation
· Tanium Enterprise Endpoint Management tool
o Ability to watch, troubleshoot and resolve Tanium deployment errors
o Monitor the health of servers, workstations and agents to include WMI resolution
o Hardware and Software inventory reporting using Tanium Interact
· Develop, test and maintain application installation packages using WinRAR and/or InstallShield
· Configure, test and manage deployments including applications, registry fixes and other scripted commands
o Monitor deployments through all environments and resolve any issues
· Implement advanced scripting using multiple scripting languages when needed, i.e., PowerShell, Python, Batch and command line
· Coordinate application releases with the customer and other IT areas as needed
· Maintain awareness of industry trends
· Represent the department on project activities to communicate the capabilities of our services
· Troubleshoot problems to locate root cause and appropriate fixes in expedient fashion
· Provide support and technical issue resolution in support of other teams
· Work with vendors for support with resolving issues and developing/maintaining platform strategy
