Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled BI Lead with expertise in Microsoft Fabric Power BI and Azure Data Services to drive the business intelligence strategy and data analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing enterprise BI solutions while ensuring data integrity security and performance. Oracle ERP / Fusion reporting experience is a must.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the BI strategy and implementation using Microsoft Fabric Power BI and Azure Data Services.
- Design and develop endtoend BI solutions including data modeling data pipelines and visualization dashboards .
- Collaborate with business stakeholders data engineers and analysts to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Implement and manage Azure Synapse Data Factory Data Lake and Fabric Data Warehouse for data processing and transformation.
- Develop and optimize Power BI reports dashboards and paginated reports with a focus on usability and performance.
- Ensure data governance security and compliance in BI solutions by implementing best practices.
- Guide and mentor the BI team ensuring efficient development and deployment of reports and analytics solutions.
- Monitor and improve BI system performance ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Work with DevOps and cloud engineering teams to implement CI / CD pipelines for BI deployments.
- Exposure to Oracle OTBI BIP reporting and Oracle Fusion Reporting .
