Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Integration Engineer to lead the design and implementation of integration solutions between UKG and Oracle HCM.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integration architecture middleware technologies and API management with a focus on optimizing performance and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall Integration Architecture : Develop and maintain the highlevel architecture for integrating UKG with Oracle HCM ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Integration Strategy : Define and implement a comprehensive integration strategy that facilitates seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
- Integration Governance : Establish governance frameworks to oversee integration processes ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational policies.
- Data Compliance Issues : Identify and address data compliance challenges implementing solutions that adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
- ServiceLevel Agreements (SLAs) : Create and manage SLAs to define performance expectations and accountability for integration services.
- UKG API Version Upgrade : Plan and execute the upgrade of UKG APIs ensuring compatibility and minimal disruption to existing integrations.
- Middleware Optimization : Optimize Dell Boomi integrations for performance particularly when managing large volumes of data to enhance system efficiency and responsiveness.
- API Management : Oversee API management processes ensuring secure efficient and scalable access to integration endpoints.
- Error Handling & Recovery : Design robust error handling and recovery mechanisms to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity during integration processes.
- Data Transformation & Mapping : Develop and implement data transformation and mapping strategies to ensure accurate and efficient data flow between systems.
- Integration Patterns : Identify and apply integration patterns that best fit the needs of the organization leveraging industry standards and practices.
