Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Integration Engineer to lead the design and implementation of integration solutions between UKG and Oracle HCM.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integration architecture, middleware technologies, and API management, with a focus on optimizing performance and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall Integration Architecture : Develop and maintain the high-level architecture for integrating UKG with Oracle HCM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Integration Strategy : Define and implement a comprehensive integration strategy that facilitates seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
- Integration Governance : Establish governance frameworks to oversee integration processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational policies.
- Data Compliance Issues : Identify and address data compliance challenges, implementing solutions that adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
- Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) : Create and manage SLAs to define performance expectations and accountability for integration services.
- UKG API Version Upgrade : Plan and execute the upgrade of UKG APIs, ensuring compatibility and minimal disruption to existing integrations.
- Middleware Optimization : Optimize Dell Boomi integrations for performance, particularly when managing large volumes of data, to enhance system efficiency and responsiveness.
