- Business engagement exp is mandatory
- Oracle space exp is mandatory
- Work closely with Global and Regional business partners to document business needs and requirements.
- Well versed with Process manufacturing, Oracle ERP Finance, Order Management..
- Collaborate with business subject matter experts, business users, solution architects, functional specialists to define and document business processes.
- Collaborate with management and business operations units to comprehend and document decision support needs.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design and develop solutions to address business requirements; design, develop and document test scenarios, scripts and test data to support testing phase.
- Coordinate and support testing activities: integration testing, SQA, user testing, validation, etc.
- Support creation of training documentation and user training delivery
- Assist in developing SOPs, work instructions and other relevant documentation.
- Support the troubleshooting and resolution of post-production related issues, document issue resolution, and update documentations.
- Communicate verbally and in written form with project team, informing them of potential risks.
- Support multi-functional business systems for supply chain: Oracle EBS, Boundary system Integrations, Analytics, and Digital Supply Chain capabilities.
- Support the project team with analysis, content build, review, editing and preparation.
- Supporting all aspects of the engagement, including the relationship with key client partners
- Demonstrating solid skills in the analysis, implementation and controls of assigned deliverables and tasks
- Adhere to strong IT Governance and change control process for all system changes in a FDA regulated environment
- Bring standard methodologies to deliver solutions through experience driven vision, planning and hands on experience in a regulated GxP environment.
- Maintaining awareness of projects or changes to other systems that may affect their applications/systems and ensuring there is no degradation of service.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or IT or Computer Science
- 5 years of experience in, ERP Implementation projects, Data Conversion/Process Mapping
- Working experience Oracle ERP
- Exhibit good knowledge of business operations.
- Exhibit good collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work between functional and technical teams.
- Ability to create business requirements specifications.
- Being able to work independently with little or no supervision.

- Working domain experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
- Working experience and solid understanding of Oracle ERP
- Working experience in MS Office tools (Teams, Powerpoint, Visio etc)
