Job Details :
Technical Leadership & Development - 12 Years of experience required.
Lead the design and development of data reporting solutions using Azure, SQL Server, and SSIS.
Architect and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across reporting systems.
Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance for large datasets.
Manage Azure Data Services (Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, etc.) for scalable reporting solutions.
Project & Team Management :
Oversee reporting and data integration projects, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and engineers to define reporting requirements.
Mentor and lead a team of data engineers and BI developers.
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and documentation.
