Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Handle food in accordance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Manage your assigned station, including stocking, prepping ingredients, cooking, and cleaning.
- Track and fulfill orders and special requests from your station.
- Coordinate with Front of House staff to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the establishment's standards.
- Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations.
