The Food Attendant - Front of House is responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of the Front of House area. This role involves interacting with guests and residents, managing cash transactions, taking orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The attendant will work closely with the Back of House team to ensure efficient coordination and restocking of supplies as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and residents.
- Communicate effectively with guests, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front of House area.
- Coordinate with Back of House staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
- Restock Front of House supplies to ensure continuous service.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following all safety and hygiene protocols.
