As a Construction Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will be a major part of our team with foundational warehouse and material management responsibilities as well as assist in operational project coordination. Our company oversees installation and materials for HVAC, flooring and roofing trades for new construction multi-family projects in the Southeastern United States. If you have a background in HVAC materials that is a PLUS! Communication skills and a decent computer knowledge base are a must. If you can demonstrate consistent reliability and have strong attention to details, then we would love to speak with you!

These responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
Oversees the management of the warehouse in all aspects for proper upkeep and documentation.Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores material according to policy.Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse.Collaborates with Project Managers and Superintendents to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.Schedules materials being transferred to and from warehouse & jobsiteTransfers inventory to trucks for delivery in a timely manner and according to schedule.Performs other related duties as assigned.Ensures Forklift is in good working order : Daily check fuel, ensure its clean, schedule repairsOversees the backside of the warehouse for adequate delivery and storage space.Supplies proper documentation for stored material submittals for monthly billing.Reviews invoices and compares against existing purchase orders with what was delivered. Follow up for any discrepancies.Oversees Accounts Payable practices to ensure that all invoices match PurchaseOrders and what was delivered. Enter the invoices into the system and process payments to vendors timely and accurately.Ensures that all Expense Reports for employees are applied to correct projects.Complete vendor credit applications and enter new vendors into our system.Complete prequalification applications.Review New Installer documentation and enter them into our system.Timely and accurate communication to vendors and installers.Generate lien waivers to coincide for monthly billing.Request certificate of insurance for projects and crews.Compile certificates of insurance for yearly audits.Compile and update meeting minutes and weekly reviews.Compilation of Certified Payroll reports.Various other duties as needed.Required Skills / Abilities :
Ability to anticipate and come up with ways to solve problems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong computer knowledge base.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to meet deadlines.Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.Education and Experience :
High School Diploma or EquivalentAt least six months of experience in a warehouse.HVAC knowledge background preferred!Physical Requirements :
Office computer work paired with prolonged periods of standing and working on a warehouse floor.Ability to operate a forklift.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
