What You Will Do
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Copy, sort, and file records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters.
- Maintain filing systems either manually or electronically.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
- Process invoices, manage expense reports, and reconcile corporate credit cards. Track expenses, verify, reconcile and prepare reports.
- Prepare meeting documentation including agendas, support materials, presentations.
- Set up new vendors as needed with Corporate Purchasing.
- Handle supply orders, including office supplies, cleaning and warehouse supplies, etc.
- Be accessible “on call” after normal working hours.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
What You Will Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum3 years office experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
- Able to lift up to 10 pounds at times
