Position Overview
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing Team to help manage and scale NOCO’s partnerships and influencer initiatives. This role will assist with the intake and execution of partnership requests, influencer collaborations, and brand gifting programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong relationships with brand partners, creators, and ambassadors.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership & Influencer Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for inbound partnership and influencer collaboration requests.
- Manage the NOCO Stories and partnership intake process, ensuring all opportunities align with brand goals.
- Identify and vet potential brand and influencer partners to expand NOCO’s reach.
- Facilitate seamless communication between NOCO and its partners, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met.
Gifting & Product Fulfillment
- Oversee the execution of product gifting programs, ensuring timely shipments and tracking engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams to allocate inventory for partnerships and influencer seeding.
- Manage reporting on the success of gifting initiatives, tracking ROI and performance metrics.
Contracts & Administrative Support
- Review and manage contracts for influencers, brand ambassadors, and external partners.
- Ensure all agreements are executed properly, maintaining compliance with brand guidelines with our legal partner.
- Keep detailed records of partnerships, performance insights, and key deliverables.
Collaboration & Cross-Team Support
- Work closely with the social media, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment on partnerships.
- Support campaign activations by coordinating influencer content, event collaborations, and co-branded initiatives.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, influencer marketing best practices, and emerging talent.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with influencer management platforms (e.g., GRIN, Aspire, Traackr) is a plus.
- Familiarity with contract management and partnership agreements.
- Passion for social media, influencer marketing, and brand storytelling.
- Candidates that will work from the Chandler, AZ office are strongly preferred; also considering candidates that live in Ohio, Arizona, Indiana, Illinois, Texas, Florida, Georgia, New York, or Washington.
