Key Responsibilities
- Manage the design, construction, and upkeep of eCommerce storefronts, focusing on product setup, budget management, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure seamless storefront functionality, optimizing user experiences while maintaining engaging and well-organized displays.
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers to produce accurate product imagery, promotional banners, and curated category layouts.
- Conduct regular audits to confirm product pricing accuracy and availability.
- Efficiently pack, ship, and oversee on-site orders, maintaining high accuracy.
- Perform data entry related to order processing, along with weekly audits to resolve order holds and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Supervise major promotional events, tracking orders and inventory to prevent issues and guarantee smooth execution.
- Generate in-depth reports for clients covering current offerings, order histories, and budget utilization.
- Monitor platform performance, utilizing sales trends and customer feedback for ongoing optimization.
- Provide customized demonstrations of the eCommerce platform, showcasing product features and offerings.
- Assist clients with user account setups, budget assessments, login troubleshooting, and other inquiries.
- Develop and manage promotional codes tailored to client requirements and marketing initiatives.
- Deliver friendly and professional customer support via phone and email, ensuring inquiries are directed to the appropriate teams as necessary.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, guaranteeing a seamless and positive experience.
- Prepare outgoing shipments with utmost care, ensuring proper packing, labeling, and scheduling for deliveries.
- Receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips and inspecting for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain meticulous shipping and inventory records for tracking and reporting.
- Assist with the creation of custom kits, promotional packages, or gift bundles as per client requests.
- Collaborate with the team on seasonal campaigns, bulk orders, and other special projects.
- Undertake additional tasks as required, ensuring deadlines are consistently met with high-quality outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in managing eCommerce platforms, particularly with storefront management systems.
