Key Responsibilities
- Administer the design, construction, and management of eCommerce storefronts, ensuring optimal product configuration and pricing strategies.
- Ensure storefront functionality and user experience are consistently optimized, while creating engaging and well-structured product presentations.
- Partner with the design team to produce accurate product visuals, persuasive banners, and curated category displays.
- Perform regular audits on storefronts to maintain price accuracy and product availability.
- Efficiently manage order fulfillment processes, including packing and shipping, while conducting data entry related to order processing.
- Execute weekly audits to identify and rectify order holds, ensuring timely fulfillment and minimal delays.
- Oversee large promotional campaigns, tracking order completion and promptly resolving client inquiries.
- Generate comprehensive reports detailing current product offerings, order history, and budget utilization for clients.
- Monitor platform performance and make optimizations based on sales trends and customer feedback.
- Provide personalized storefront demonstrations, address client requests, and implement promotional codes for campaigns.
- Deliver exemplary customer service through friendly and professional communication.
- Manage shipping and receiving tasks, preparing outgoing shipments and inspecting incoming items for quality and accuracy.
- Assist with kitting projects and support team initiatives for client-focused campaigns and bulk orders.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric focus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite, alongside basic technical skills.
- Experience in data analysis and report generation is beneficial.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with shipping procedures through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Physical capability to lift up to 35 lbs and manage shipments safely.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years managing eCommerce platforms, preferably with experience in storefront management.
