ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Marketing Director to help us expand our reach, grow our brand, and connect with small business owners who need better systems. This is a hands-on role , perfect for someone who loves creating engaging content, running social media campaigns, and testing new marketing ideas.
No long resumes required—we care about your ability to create and execute, not just talk about it .
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage Digital Marketing Strategy – Develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
- Create Engaging Content – Write blog posts, produce YouTube videos, and craft compelling social media posts.
- Oversee Website & SEO – Maintain and improve our WordPress website , ensuring high visibility and strong performance.
- Graphic Design & Branding – Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to design marketing materials, ads, and social media graphics.
- Social Media Management – Grow and engage our audience on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube .
- Analytics & Growth – Track performance metrics, experiment with new growth strategies, and continuously optimize for better engagement and conversions.
- Experiment & Learn – Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and be willing to learn new tools and tactics to improve our brand presence.
- Comfortable working independently and figuring things out .
- Strong communicator with excellent writing and storytelling skills .
- Passionate about content creation, social media, and design .
- Familiar with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, YouTube, blogging, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn .
- Open to learning new things and adapting to new tools and trends.
- Recent graduates or those graduating soon are welcome to apply !
- We prefer someone in Idaho Falls , but we’re open to remote work for the right candidate.
